Some great Christmas Present ideas!

Hey everyone,

How is everybody dealing with Black Friday? Some really crazy footage from some shops! I have joined in though and have put a 10% discount in on all of my items. I was going to do it on all the black items just for apt-ness but thought ‘spread the love’ and made all colours and types equal! You still have 7 hours to take advantage of it too – just use the code BLACKFRIDAY at the checkout xx

I wanted to tell you all today that there are plenty of presents to buy from me without raising many blushes! I have created a category this week entitled ‘Cheeky Christmas Gifts’ – click on the pic to see the collection!

In this collection are fun and affordable items, including 6 different items at only £2.99! (Jelly Boobies or Willies, Candy Nipples or Willies and Peppermint Peckers or Nipples!)
I have included board games, all the edibles, flavoured lubes (many of them only £1.20), and the only vibrators I have put in the collection are the gold ones with designs from famous tattooist Lal Hardy –

and the vibrators that look like make up! So all very light-hearted gifts with a novelty aspect to them. I think the Chocolate Thins are a great present for a classy woman – it is a great tin box with some chocolates in it, then the lady can use the box afterwards to store whatever she wants! http://shop.thatsthespot.co.uk/collections/edible/products/chocolate-thins

I also took the time on Monday night to sort out each product by price so when you are looking for presents and you have a price range in mind, you can look through the categories with this already specified.

Here is the link to the different collections – take advantage of the discount and buy some stuff! Some semi-unique presents, none of which cost more than £24.99. http://shop.thatsthespot.co.uk/collections/

For the men or women that want to get something really special for their women, check out the higher price ranges!

Vlogging and ‘4GirlsOnly’

Hey y’all,

The reason I have posted this a bit late is first of all because I didn’t get to my laptop until 6.45pm and then came across a few technical problems! I have tried vlogging out, and I thought it would be a slightly quicker way to do a blog but ironially, I have taken a while to sort out the vids to appear on the post. I had to upload them from phone to dropbox then download from droppox to computer – then WordPress wouldnt accept such large files, so then I had to upload them to YouTube!

Big apols if I have kept any of you waiting but here are the vids on YouTube x

Do tell me what you think about vlogging, despite my technical problemos! xx

Here are the links to what I am talking about on the vlog – just click on the words:

Sexist Board Games, as featured in The Apprentice

Last night I was at a networking event and as usual, the nature of my business provoked some fun and interesting reactions! I talked about a new project myself and 2 other associates have just launched – our 4girlsonly night which is an epic pamper-style night (blog about it to follow very soon!)  and as a result we very briefly touched upon the fact that there should be something for the boys and other people discussed what would be there for the boys which had me cringing just a bit because of all the stereotypes! They then asked me if I had watched The Apprentice on Wednesday. I hadn’t but decided to watch it this morning to see what this whole sexist board game was about and OH MY GOD!

They reckoned there weren’t any board games focussed on relationships – it looks like there is a reason for this. When games are about sex and relationships, they are mostly aimed at couples for obvious reasons. When it is turned into a group game, it just becomes a bit of fun and a bit ‘outrageous’ – like truth or dare or pin the cock to the torso, or games that make one have to forfeit. Having looked into this since watching the episode, I have realised that they are right. There aren’t many games like these but they have shown why this is – it generalises, offends and can give the wrong advice.

They spoke with some board game enthusiasts and they all thought it would be sleazy.

The game was called ‘Relationship Guru” and they took it to be tested out on these people and for those who didnt watch it, here is an example of the quesions:

“Women dislike which food the most – Pizza, Carrots or Chicken Salad”

“What do men dislike the most – Vegetables, Waxing or Cricket”

“Women like men to ask them out on a date via – Email, Text or Tweet”

Again – OH MY GOD! I can’t believe they managed to sell any of these games to any board game shops!

I would love to know what you think about this and whether you think there is a way to create a game for a group to play about sex or relationships.

I am going to put some games up on the shop and want to know what you think of them.

The most popular board game for couples is called Monogamy –

The next is a great take on Connect 4 ‘Foreplay in a Row’!

The Really Cheeky Adult Board game is the best one I have found for groups and the other one I have included is Seven Deadly Sins.

I will be adding the following games to the shop over the weekend:

For the ladies who like ladies, Lesbian Heart

Out of the dozens of couples games there are around, I have also chosen Discover your Lover.

Sexpert is my favourite – educational, which is what I am all about!

So do give me your opinion on this. Still feeling ‘totes awks’ after that Apprentice epsiode!

A Toast to Masters of Sex!

Have any of you been watching Masters Of Sex? The Second Season has just ended and both me and my wife have thoroughly enjoyed it! Looking forward to Season 3 next year. There shall be spoilers in this blog if you haven’t watched it!
